A friend asked me to do a cake for her grandmothers 90th birthday. The cake had to be gluten free, but luckily I have a recipe for gluten free chocolate cake, which was layered with raspberry mousse, covered with buttercream and fondant. I spent quite some time checking all my ingredients for gluten, and luckily I could make the cake without problems.
My friend asked for lots of flowers, so this was the cake I came up with. Luckily, the cake was a succes! :)
