Marzipan Muffins
Syrup and Cinnamon Cupcakes

The title says it all…

350 g dark chocolate

250 g butter

4 eggs

150 g brown sugar

150 g sugar

50 g almonds, chopped

60 g all-purpose flour

1 tsp. baking powder

Melt butter and chocolate together. Whisk the eggs, add the sugars and whisk until thick and foamy.

Fold in the chocolate mixture.

Mix the dry ingredients, and fold them in with the almonds.

Pour the batter into a mould (app. 25×30 cm), and bake for 30-35 minutes at 175 degrees celcius. Let the cake cool, and eat!
