Toblerone Creme

2,5 dl double cream
100 g toblerone (or other meltable chocolate)

Melt the chocolate in the cream and let it boil a bit. Pour into a bowl, cover with clingfilm and leave overnight in the fridge. The next day the mixture can be beaten with a hand mixer to a nice consistensy! This amount fills a 25 cm diameter cake.
