Meringue with nuts

25 g nuts, grinded

50 g sugar

1 eggwhite

Whip the eggwhites until foamy, and andd the sugar. Whip until a meringue is formed, and fold in the nuts.

Either make meringue-tops on a baing sheet with a spoon or pipe tops with your favourite nozzle. Bake at 150 degrees celcius, for 20-30 minutes.
