Peanutbutter Cookies

Marshmallow Fondant
Meringue with nuts

150 g butter

100 g sugar

100 g brown sugar

1 egg

150 g peanutbutter

200 g all-purpose flour

1 tsp. vanilla sugar

1 tsp. baking powder

½ tsp. salt

a handful of roughly chopped, dark chocolate (optional)

Cream the butter, sugar and brown sugar. Whisk the egg with the peanutbutter and add to the butter mixture. Stir in the dry ingredients. Finally, fold in the chocolate.

Wet your hands, and roll balls the size of a walnut. Spread the balls on abaking sheet, and give them a light press with a fork.

Bake for 10-15 minutes, at 180 degrees Celsius.
