The April 2011 Daring Bakers’ challenge was hosted by Evelyne of the blog Cheap Ethnic Eatz. Evelyne chose to challenge everyone to make a maple mousse in an edible container.
After I made the maple mousse in chocolate cups, i had a little mousse left, and had made tiny chocolate cups, so I turned them into maple mousse filled chocolates.
I filled the tiny cups with mousse, covered the top in chocolate, and turned upside down.
