200 g butter
200 g sugar
175 g flour
2 tsk baking powder
100 g coarsely grated marzipan
Beat the butter and sugar, until creamy. Add the eggs one at the time, beating well after each addition. Mix flour and baking powder, and add to the batter.Add the marzipan to the batter.
Divide the batter between lined cupcake moulds, and bake for 30 minutes, 180 degrees celcius, until a skewer comes out clean.
For variation, put a berry into each cupcake before baking.
