Delicious, puffy pillows of sugary goodness! :)

To make these you need
12 sheets of gelatine (husblas)
2×120 ml glucose syrup
450 g sugar
120 ml water
1 tsp vanilla powder or vanilla sugar
½ tsp salt
Soak the gelatine in 3 shifts of cold water.
Pour 120 ml glucose syrup into the bowl of a stand mixer, fitted with a whisk attachment, and set on ‘low’.
Melt the soaked gelatine (in the microwave or over a double boiler), and pour into the mixer, continue to whisp on low.
Combine sugar, water and remaining 120 ml of glucose in a saucepan, and boil until the sugar reaches 115 degrees Celsius, then pour into the mixer. Now increase the speed to medium/high and beat for 7 minutes, before adding the vanilla and the salt. Then beat an additional 1-5 minutes on highest settings, until peaks of the mixture hold their shape.
Pour/spread the mixture in a greased dish, and let set for several hours (6 or so). dust with powdered sugar, and slice with a greased knife or pizzacutter, and coat the pieces in powdered sugar.

50 g smør
3 spsk mælk
250 g karameller
115 g skumfiduser
175 g rice krispies
Smelt smør, mælk og karameller i en stor gryde.
Rør marshmellows i gryden, og rør til de er smeltet. Til sidst røres rice krispies i.
Spred blandingen ud i en bradepande (smurt med olie) og køl af.
skær ud i tern på 4×4 cm og læg i muffinforme :)
Alternativt kan en stor skefuld af blandingen lægges i hver muffinform og køle af der.
Variationer kan skabes ved at røre nødder, müesli, rosiner eller andet godt i, sammen med rice krispies.
De færdige snacks kan overtrækkes eller drizzles med smeltet chokolade.

100 g Marshmallows
appr. 200 g powdered sugar
water
Maizena (corn starch)
Wet the marshmellows and microwave for one minute, at the highest effect. This will cause the marshmellows to partly melt, enabling you to stir them to a full melt with a spoon. Mix/knead in powdered sugar, until the mass is quite firm, and not too sticky, hen knead with maizena, until a non-sticky (or almost non-stiky) dough forms. Let the MMF rest in a plastic bag for half an hour before using.
Store in a plastic bag for a couple of weeks.
