Chocolate Cake with Marzipan

22. december and a christmassy chocolate cake with marzipan :)

125 g flour

200 g butter

250 g dark chocolate, coarsely chopped

175 g sugar

4 egg yolks

4 egg whites

1 tsp baking powder

125 g marzipan, grated

Melt the chocolate with the butter, and let cool. Whisp the egg yolks with 100 g sugar until light and airy. Whisp the egg whites with 75 g sugar, until stiff. Carefully mix the egg yolk mixture into the chocolate mixture, then fold in the flour and bakingpowder, the marzipan and at last the egg whites. Bake in a lined tin for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
